Chocolate Cinamon Black Bean Protein Brownies

Hey there Monday, how are you? …..

So far my Monday is going pretty wonderful, which based on the last few Monday’s I’ve had i’m incredibly surprised! Perhaps its because i feel like I adult-ed HARD yesterday by meal prepping and decorating the bedroom; its almost done, so cue the bedroom make over post.

Anyway, Today started with a light jog along an incredibly scenic route to my gym, followed by a cheeky ab circuit.

3 ingredient snack bars

Every Sunday I spend about 4 hours in total planning my meals for the week; I write down what I will be eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; once I’ve got this decided I write the shopping list, and head off to the grocery store.  I like to try and plan meals that can be used as left overs for lunch, or that I can freeze for a later date.  Personally getting back from the store is when the real fun begins, I cook up and prepare about 80% of my meals on my menu.
